We are very efficient and reliable; all work is guaranteed for 6 months.

We try to turn around machines within 2 to 4 work days, but there will be times our work load is heavier. Please call service department for a better idea of current turnaround time. If you need 1 day turnaround time call ahead and talk to the mechanic to make an appointment.

Warranty work: Although we are certified on multiple brands of machines we are only an authorized dealer for Bernina. If you have a new, non-Bernina machine, we cannot honor their warranty (according we would charge you labor for work done and any parts needed, even if these parts are still under warranty.)

Parts: The Quilt Scene is an authorized Bernina Dealer; all Bernina parts are easily available to us. Most common, non-Bernina machine parts are available to us through our other distributors. It is also possible for us to get parts from other dealers, but not always easily or in a timely manner. Because of this, if you have a non-Bernina top of the line machine we would recommend you take it to an authorized dealer of that brand, especially if its needs parts and/or work that would be covered under warranty.
